Gregory Solomon, Manager, Hythane Company, LLC
Mr. Solomon is currently executive chairman of Tasman Resources NL and Eden Energy Ltd. His primary responsibilities within the group relate to corporate, legal and commercial matters as well as the marketing of Hythane® in the Asian Pacific region. He has had more than 20 years experience as a director of technology and resource companies in Australia and has been involved in establishing a wide range of projects and joint ventures in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. Additionally, over the past 20 years he has been a director of seven companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and has wide experience in all aspects of corporate & commercial law, compliance, management, fundraising and finance. He is a founding director of Hythane Company LLC and Eden Innovations Ltd. Mr. Solomon is based in Perth, Western Australia, and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Australia.
Gregory Egan, CTO, Hythane Company, LLC
Mr. Egan presently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer for the Hythane Company. His officer responsibilities include state-of-the-art technology management, analysis of current and future technologies as well as strategic planning. With over thirty years experience in various technological industries, he spent ten in the solar industry where he designed and fabricated solar space heating systems. Additionally, he focused eight years in metal hydrides creating a line of stainless steel solar flat plate collectors and five years in supercritical thermal systems assisting in the completion of a self-contained breathing apparatus. Along with winning the NASA Technology Innovation Award, he was also the Principal Investigator in the Metal Hydride Compressor/Hydrogen Liquefaction System for NASA (KSC), and Metal Hydride Compressor/Refrigeration System for NASA (MSFC). Mr. Egan received an honors graduate degree from Ripon College.
Roger Marmaro, President/CEO, Hythane Company, LLC
Mr. Marmaro is currently President and CEO for Hythane Company. His responsibilities include corporate planning and implementation, management development and commercial business expansion. He is a part of the original Hythane team and is the co-inventor of Hythane® along with Frank Lynch. He re-joined the Hythane Company after spending eleven years away, three years with ADA Technologies and eight years at BOC Edwards. In his time with BOC Edwards, he held several positions including Service Manager, National Marketing Manager for the Semiconductor Gas Abatement Division, Sales Manager, and the Southwest Area Business Manger. A number of additional patents, besides Hythane®, have been added to his credits along the way. Mr. Marmaro holds a BFA in Design from University of Utah and a BSME from the University of Colorado.
Justin Fulton, Engineering Manager, Hythane Company LLC:
Mr. Fulton is the Engineering Manager at Hythane Company. His present work at Hythane includes Hythane® fuel calibration for heavy-duty bus engines; life-cycle greenhouse and toxic emissions analysis utilizing Boustead modeling techniques; and the analysis, specification, design, procurement and commissioning of Hythane® fuel stations and engine test cell equipment. He has been an SAE member for 16 years and has vast experience working with alternative fuels at engine research and vehicle emissions labs. In the eight years he spent with Woodward Governor, the world’s largest independent engine control supplier, held positions as an applications and lead system engineer, working on the latest engine control development projects. He was also an active member of the award-winning SAE Natural Gas Vehicle Competition team. Mr. Fulton has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, CO.
David Egan, Sales Manager - East, Hythane Company LLC
Mr. Egan is Hythane Company’s Sales Manager. His primary objectives focus on increasing markets for the company and securing new and growing revenue streams. His career experience includes technical and contract sales as well as sales management. Starting out with Impressions, a leader in the print and digital communications industries, he became the National Director for Marketing and Sales. He later became a special consultant to the president for sales operations with Office Depot, and then moved on to be the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Niagara Conservation, a global leader in patented water and energy conservation products. Here he created and managed a complete reorganization of the 28 year old company by establishing sales/customer service teams, telemarketing, web marketing and Career Path for all employees. Mr. Egan earned a BA in liberal arts from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
Thomas Gearhart, Mechanical Engineer, Hythane Company LLC
Mr. Gearhart is the Senior Operations Engineer for Hythane. He is responsible for facilities management, equipment fabrication and Hythane blender design and station design/commissioning. His experience is reflected in the aerospace composite design, testing and manufacturing industries. Here he developed materials and machining procedures for composite aircraft and satellite components for Boeing, Lockheed/Martin and Ball Aerospace. As Program Management Engineer in the automotive OEM industry he was involved with the design and fabrication of new generation production machinery, electrostatic precipitation and thermal oxidation of volatile organic wastes. Under his management, large-scale national and international production facilities have been built and commissioned in Mexico, Canada, North Carolina and Missouri. Mr. Gearhart holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado at Denver.
John Nadeau, Regional Manager, Hythane Company, LLC
Mr. Nadeau is the West Coast Regional Manager for Hythane Company. His role includes all sales and marketing efforts as well as project and resource management for the West Coast Region. His background includes eleven years experience in sales and account management of semiconductor support equipment, including bulk and specialty gases, vacuum pumps, and abatement equipment. He has an additional four years in acoustic and fluid dynamic design of oil and gas facilities along with managing the installation of bulk chemical distribution systems. During his time in the oil & gas industry he developed acoustical prediction software to determine the environmental impact of the facilities, both internal to the plant and to surrounding community; a key step in facility design and retrofits. Mr. Nadeau received a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of New Mexico.
Felicia Mullins, Corporate Controller, Hythane Company, LLC
Ms. Mullins is currently Corporate Controller of Hythane Company and Eden Cryogenics.  Her primary responsibilities for the companies include financial oversight and reporting, government accounting compliance, contract management, banking relationships and supervision of general legal matters.  She has more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience in companies ranging from aggregate hauling, oil & gas partnerships, list management, non-profit and engineering research and development.  She has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, building homes for those in need in Mexico, accounting consulting for local companies and business plan development.  Ms. Mullins has a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL and an MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business in Denver, CO.

  Frank Lynch:
Frank invented Hythane® and registered it as a trademark. He consults to Brehon Energy exclusively on Hythane® fuel.  Frank is a UCLA Engineering graduate and hydrogen pioneer.  He is currently the President of Hydrogen Components Inc, (HCI) and has worked exclusively in advanced Hydrogen Systems for over 30 years, developing metal hydride and hydrogen vehicle conversions.
  Bob Rudland, Ph.D.:
A Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Bob has created a career developing and designing systems for cryogenic and high temperature tanks, LNG fueling stations for fleet vehicles, thermal, fluid, and pressurization systems and propulsion systems.
  Dr. Glen McIntosh, Ph.D.:
Glen has a Ph.D. from Purdue University in heat transfer and thermodynamics and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado. He has been active in the design of cryogenic equipment & management of low temperature technology since early 1953.  His work has covered a significant portion of cryogenic engineering activity including thermal and mechanical design of Dewar’s for helium, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, argon, neon, and methane.
  Dr. Thomas Flynn, Ph.D.:
Tom has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University, and a Ph.D. in Cryogenic Engineering from the University of Colorado.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Colorado and California.  Tom is the owner and founder of CRYOCO Inc., President of the National Cryogenic Engineering Association, and the author of the engineering textbooks Cryogenic Process Engineering (Plenum Press) Cryogenic Engineering (Marcel Dekker).
  Steve L. Hensley, Cryogenic Consultant:
Steve has been an innovator in the cryogenic industry for the last 34 years. During this time he was responsible for the design and development of the helium product line that helped make CVI an industry leader. He also designed and developed the product line for PHPK Technologies as President and General Manager during their initial market entry and growth years.  During his career working with high profile U.S. and Overseas customers, Steve has been responsible for major cryogenic projects including NASA test beds, Boeing Launch complexes, and product application development for the U.S. Navy.
  Arthur Sieders, PhD: Italian Representative for Brehon Energy, Milan
Arthur has a Ph.D. in Physics from Delft University in the Netherlands. He started his career as a catalyst researcher for Akzo Nobel Chemicals in The Netherlands and Japan. He has extensive experience in business development of advanced materials, having worked for Rockwell Optical Products, Seiko Instruments and Ito Corporation. Arthur heads up our business development activities with a strong focus on the Italian market.
  Gladstein, Neandross & Associates
Gladstein, Neandross & Associates (GNA) is an environmental consulting firm based in beautiful Santa Monica, California, specializing in helping businesses and government agencies to develop and implement policies and technologies that reduce pollution and improve air quality. As the project manager of the Interstate Clean Transportation Corridor (ICTC), the most successful planned clean fuel corridor in the United States, GNA has extensive experience integrating alternative fuels into fleet operations and infrastructure projects. GNA joined the Hythane Company team in 2005 and has assisted in developing support and interest for Hythane® deployment in California and throughout the United States.
